Conditions of Returns

* Return of any item must be made within 30 days of purchase

* All returns must be accompanied by a Returns form which can be found here

* All goods that are returned, need to be returned in their original, as new condition. If the item is not returned in acceptable condition, a credit or exchange for the item will not be granted

* All costs associated with returning goods to Forever Country Trading Co are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon after contact with Forever Country Trading Co

* If returning an item for exchange of size or colour, return postage will also be at the cost of the customer
